SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Over twenty-nine years of engineering/project management experience includes feasibility studies, project planning, proposals, bid documents, technical specifications, design and analyses of offshore structures, drilling rigs, drilling barges, helidecks, etc.  Most of this experience came from PME where in the latter years the hat of owner/manager was worn as is presently with CEA.
