BULLWINKLE Client Company: Shell Offshore, Inc. Location: Green Canyon 65 “A” Project Description: As PetroMarine: Provided bid support during jacket bidding. Provided construction support for the fabricator and Shell during jacket construction. Jacket is in 1350’ M.L.W. Design production modules to handle 50,000 bopd and 105 MMSCFD gas. Original equipment included waterflood and quarters with helideck. Lead design company in the expansion of facilities to 200,000 bopd and 320 MMSCFD gas in order to receive production from 3 new sub sea fields. New equipment included: 3 new high and intermediate pressure trains, 3 dual launcher/receivers, chemical and methanol injection, expanded water and gas treating, additional shipping pumps, new compressors and power generation, etc. Project Description: As CEA: Added 4th sub sea train for 30,000 BPD. Equipment included launchers/receivers, temporary hookup into existing train until new module with H.P. and I.P. separator, hex and hydro cyclone could be installed. Scope of Work: All above facilities tasks included project management, engineering, drafting, procurement, and construction support, preparation of commission and operation procedures and participation in HAZID/HAZOP studies. Also included structural design and drafting of modules and skids. |
